Cultural Tours in Nepal – Nepal is a country in the world that is multi-diverse in Cultural and Geographical status. Geographically standing up to three different stages Himalaya range, the Mountain range (Hill range), and the Plain Tarai range. The difference in the culture and tradition is an interesting factor for tourist who visits Nepal. One can observe the richness of hospitality and their strong belief in the gods and their values.

Cultural Tours in Nepal start with exploring the world heritage sites in Kathmandu. After a visit, the sites like Durbar square, Stupas, Monasteries, Temple, and the other best places of Kathmandu; then the trip will head to the Pokhara. Pokhara is famous for its beautiful sceneries of mountains and lakes; and other adventure activities such as Trekking, Hiking, Bungee Jumping, Paragliding, Mountain Biking, and much more.

And last we visit the most important Buddhist site Lumbini. Lumbini is famous for the Mayadevi temple, Buddha Stupas, and other monasteries because this is the birthplace of the Lord Buddha. Then finally our trip goes to Chitwan National Park. Chitwan Nationa park is famous for its wildlife activity and traditional Tharu cultural show. Itinerary

Day 1: Fly to Kathmandu. You shall be met at the airport & transfer provided to hotel. O/nt at hotel.

Day 2: Sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur, Bodhnath, Pashupatinath & the Kathmandu Durbar Square. O/nt at hotel.

Day 3: Halfday sightseeing tour of Swayambhunath & Patan. O/nt at hotel.

Day 4: Early morning drive to the Royal Chitwan National Park. At the lodge, the Jungle Guide will brief you on Asia’s biggest game reserve. O/nt at lodge.

Day 5: Safari activities Include Elephant ride into the jungle for excellent game viewing, Jungle walk, Canoe ride. Later in the evening, Cultural dance will be performed by the local inhabitants – The Tharu’s. O/nt lodge.

Day 6: Early morning Bird Watching tour. After breakfast, proceed to Lumbini – The birth place of Lord Buddha. O/nt at hotel.

Day 7: Full day excursion of Lumbini. Visit the sacred place where Princess Maya Devi gave birth to Lord Buddha and various monasteries. O/nt at hotel.

Day 8: Fly to Kathmandu. You will be transferred to Dhulikhel, a scenic village famous for it’s views of the snow capped mountains. O/nt at resort.

Day 9: View the sunrise and the himalayan ranges. Later in the afternoon, transfer to Kathmandu. O/nt at hotel.

Day 10: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping and relaxation. O/nt at hotel.

Day 11: The day is free until your transfer to the airport for your onward flight

We advise travel insurance to all travelers are interested of trekking in Nepal. Trekking in Nepal is walking in the trail (path) of mountains. In mountain areas health treatment facilities are not standard. There are less available of good hospitals and doctors. So if in case the trekker suffers from severe sickness, he should bring to Kathmandu by helicopter for better treatment. And the helicopter charter fare is expensive in Nepal. If you have already travel insurance, your money will be saved.

When selecting a travel insurance policy we require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency repatriation. We also let you know that Nepalese Insurance Company does not have travel insurance policy for foreign nationals. They have this policy only for Nepalese citizens. So we advise you do your travel insurance with Insurance Company in your own place.
